The room Size is good, but Geyser not working, the Food is not hygienic, Few member's stomachs get upset. Free Pickup and drop are not provided till Dakshini Gate

If you are planning to stay near the railway station in Katra, this is the place where you choose to stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get enough time to stay here, as we needed to trek to mata vaishno devi. But we are here for at least 3-4 hours. So a good place.

The room was good-looking. There was no mat which made the entire bathroom water on the room floor. The floor became wet after walking several times. Geyser and AC controls were still with the hotel. So every time you need it, you've to call them. The food was good.

I visited this hotel with my Family. I didn’t take food from the hotel. The best part of the hotel was the pickup and drop facility from the Railway Station & Ban Ganga. I would not suggest anything to this hotel.
