Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.Reservation cancelled within 48 hrs prior to the planned date of arrival will not be refundable.
2. Reservation cancelled between 2 and 5 days prior to the planned date of arrival will be 50% refundable.
3. Reservation cancelled between 5 and 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival will be 75% refundable
4. Reservation cancelled more than 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival will be 75% refundable
5. Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non & refundable & non amendable for the entire length of stay
